Information about undergraduate degrees in Computer Science at UTPA
The Department of Computer Science offers an CAC/ABET accredited Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) degree with a major in computer science. The Department also offers an 18-hour minor in computer science.
Students should seek advisement from the computer science faculty in their freshman year to plan a timely completion of their degree. An official degree plan must be filled with the department upon completion of 60 hours of University courses.
